Daisuke Shinkai has been engaged in accounting and tax services related to securitization since 2010. At a major tax accounting firm, he specialized in tax compliance and advisory services, primarily for financial institutions.
He is currently involved in structured-finance accounting and taxation as the person responsible for ongoing management.
In addition, he provides comprehensive support for new financial products, such as real estate security tokens, ranging from pre-structuring tax advisory to post-sale settlement administration.
