Mr. Tsuba has vast experience in prosecuting both inbound and outbound intellectual property (mainly, patents, designs, and trademarks).
Before joining Tokyo Kyodo Accounting Office, he was in charge of domestic and overseas patent prosecution in a wide range of technical areas including electronics, semiconductors, computer software, and medical devices at a major Japanese patent firm. He also provided advice on strategies for securing patents in multiple countries.

In the areas of designs and trademarks, he was in charge of domestic and overseas prosecution for domestic and global brands in a wide range of business areas, including home appliances, cosmetics, apparel, and food. He also provided advice on strategies for increasing the value of the client's products and brands.

He also serves as an advisor at the copyright consultation desk at the Kanto Branch of the Japan Patent Attorneys Association.

He continues to strive to provide the highest quality of IP services for making the most of the client's IP assets.
