Certified Public Accountant

Shuji Fujita is primarily responsible for providing consulting services on the accounting and taxation treatment of the securitization of monetary claims, real estate properties, etc.; providing securitization-related debt valuation services; and conducting accounting audits.

In addition, he is also responsible for conducting stock valuations to support corporate finance projects, conducting financial due diligence for M&A deals, and offering advisory services for international taxation matters, as well as the application of IFRS and U.S. GAAP.

He is also responsible for providing services to assist business corporations in closing their accounts and filing corporate tax returns, foreign nationals in filing income tax returns, and other taxation services such as transfer pricing.
He has been a member of the Convergence Working Group of the Association for Real Estate Securitization since June 2009.
