In his previous job, Tomoya Takayama engaged in investment management focusing mainly on securitization products on the buy side. After joining Tokyo Kyodo Accounting Office, he continued to be involved in a wide variety of structured finance transactions to accumulate relevant knowhow. Meanwhile, he also supported fund arrangement and served as a lecturer in the area of real estate securitization.
He currently provides comments and advice on various contractual documents in consideration of the relevant legal, tax, and cash management issues to support smooth and accurate deal structuring.
